The client, transitioning from a local startup to a nationwide solar subscription service, needed to establish operational systems.

They previously managed customer service manually, maintaining written records and providing personalized experiences.
What were the expectations?

They aimed to extend this experience nationwide in the USA by shifting from manual records to a web-based portal.

Customer executives could assist, upsell, and manage data efficiently, following Salesforce guidelines in design.
What did I do?

Researched solar energy and market share, conducted discovery with a sales executive persona. Considered multi-location subscriptions.

Created widgets for energy stats, errors, weather impact, service, subscriptions, and customer records to aid customer support.

Implemented a smart suggestion widget for upselling based on property and solar data.

Enabled tracking, recording, and reporting of recurring problems in specific areas.
