What was the problem?

Managers had to stay updated on resource upscaling, but this was a manual process with the potential for digitisation.

There was no system to manage resources, projects, or assigned training for managers.
What were the expectations?

A portal was created for managers to efficiently handle assigned resources, enhancing user experience with improved usability and reduced cognitive load.

The portal allows managers to manage eligible resources for training, assign them to upskilling programs, and maintain a training database.

It also generates reports on resource activities and eligibility based on their training.

The UI is user-friendly, task-focused, and efficient for processing with accurate outputs, based on user profiles.
